Our people


Brannan Moss is a Senior Managing Director with JLL and co-leads one of the firm's top teams in the US. Brannan is responsible for overseeing real estate portfolio optimization strategies, including leading economic and lease negotiations for corporations and healthcare systems across the US.

The team's approach is unique, in that the foundation is based on strategic planning and comprehensive financial analysis focused on balance sheet implications, business plan objectives, as well as demographic analysis of potential customer bases (among other decisions) that optimize a client's real estate locations, use, and cost structure. The process encompasses much more than real estate, and aligns the team as a long-term strategic partner, versus simply finding space or negotiating transactions from a one-off perspective.

Brannan has represented corporations and health systems in over three billion dollars in lease transactions around the world, as well as advising on purchases, sales, and other unique financial structures. He was selected as one of the Atlanta's Business Chronicle's 40 Under 40 in 2009, has been a Costar National Power Broker for the past ten consecutive years, and is consistently ranked each year in the "Top Five" occupier advisors in Atlanta by the Atlanta Commercial Board. Mr. Moss has won several deal of the year awards, including the Atlanta Business Chronicle's deal of the year in 2010 for Novelis's global headquarters relocation, the same award again in 2015 for NCR's 770,000 SF global headquarters relocation to Midtown Atlanta, and the Alvin Cates Award given by the Atlanta Commercial Board for deal of the year in 2013 for representing SPANX in their headquarters and the same award again in 2016 for the Atlanta Braves stadium relocation and mixed use project.
