​Current responsibilities

Pete serves client relationships in regard to commercial real estate needs on a local, national and global basis. He is based out of the Minneapolis office.


Pete has been advising corporate occupiers in strategic real estate planning and transaction management since 2007. His experience includes financial analysis, opportunity assessment, location advisory and lease negotiations.

Whether site-specific or portfolio based, Pete's primary focus is to align his clients' business objectives with the right real estate decision. By leveraging his extensive market knowledge and proven expertise, he is able to provide a customized plan designed to lower overall real estate costs and increase profitability. His ability to transform challenges into cost savings has resulted in a significant value-add for numerous companies.
