Current responsibilities
Betsy Peck is responsible for developing and executing operating strategy, driving leverage and delivering meaningful results, including designing and delivering compensation programs to motivate and retain senior talent.

As a senior member of the executive leadership team, Betsy manages a $2B operation overseeing the employees and programs to support and drive smart growth, including organic recruiting, training and development of talent, acquisitions and integration of more than 20 organizations.

As a member of the company’s Global Operating Review Board, Betsy plays a key role in promoting and implementing best practices at a global and national level.

Experience
Prior to taking the broader COO role of Markets, Betsy served as COO of Americas Brokerage, a $1B operation where she focused on change management resulting in higher revenue, lower expenses and a productivity increase of more than 60%.

Betsy served as Chief Administrative Officer of The Staubach Company and Chief Financial Officer of its Northeast region, participating in and contributing to board of director meetings.

She developed and implemented the company’s strategic initiatives, resulting in the organization’s unprecedented growth and successful sale to JLL. Betsy led the Finance, HR, IT and Administrative efforts during the merger.

Prior to joining Staubach, Betsy served as CFO of a privately held technology company.
