Current responsibilities
With 18 years of real estate and financial experience, Jennifer is a member of the Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) senior leadership team. In her role, she advises clients on strategic planning, portfolio management and program development, leveraging her extensive experience managing projects from due diligence through transaction negotiation and execution and conducting investment management at the portfolio and asset level for various clients.

Jennifer advises clients on strategies and transactions for diverse portfolios, including office, retail, training, laboratory, health care, residential and industrial facilities. Her expertise is in strategic real estate portfolio evaluation and planning through collaboration with operational leaders across our clients’ businesses. 

Integrating resources throughout the firm to ensure accurate and robust analysis of operations, capital, financial and real estate performance and opportunities, she facilitates the creation of investment plans to enable short- and long-term cost reduction while improving the condition of the real estate assets and mitigating risk and identifies portfolio-wide strategies for reducing the real estate footprint while enhancing the quality of space and worker experience. Representative clients include Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase and the State of Tennessee.

In addition to her work on corporate real estate portfolios, Jennifer led a team advising the U.S. Army on its privatization initiatives, with approximately $17.0 billion in residential and lodging assets under management (AUM). 

Her international experience includes advising domestic and foreign clients on real estate portfolios, specific transactions, and initiatives across the globe, including in Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.

Jennifer serves on the firm’s Product Development Council and is a member of the Cross-functional Review Committee for JLL’s internal da Vinci Awards for Innovation. 

She has worked for JLL in a variety of capacities since July 1997, initially in the Tenant Representation Group. Jennifer previously worked in the firm’s Chicago, Toronto and Washington, DC offices.

Jennifer earned an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a B.A. in mathematics from Dartmouth College. 

She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Maryland. In 2015, she was appointed by Governor Larry Hogan to the Maryland Transportation Commission.

Jennifer is activity involved with the Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital and the Ed Block Courage Award Foundation, is a past member of the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Baltimore County and has organized corporate-wide bone marrow registry drives for Be the Match and DKMS.
