Elizabeth Cooper is an International Director for JLL Brokerage, Inc., and has negotiated more than 50M s.f. of deals. She is Co-Chair of JLL's Global Law Firm Group.

• Bryan Cave: Entire national and international portfolio of over 30 locations since 2006, ranging from 5,000 s.f. to 85,000 s.f. leases and dispositions in Washington, DC in excess of 70,000 RSF
• Drinker, Biddle & Reath LLP: 91,000 RSF restructure and extension in Washington, DC

• Finnegan Henderson: 245,000 s.f. renewal and right size in Washington, DC
• Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer: 42,000 s.f. relocation and expansions in Washington, DC​

• Manatt, Phelps & Phillips: 42,000 s.f. lease in Washington, DC
• Norton Rose Fulbright: 65,000 s.f. relocation in Washington, DC
• Pillsbury 40,000 s.f. restructure in Tysons Corner and dispositions in excess of 70,000 RSF
• Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher:​ 200,000 s.f. DC leases in 2004 & 2012 and all expansions

• Hunton & Williams: Since 2000, the entire national and international portfolio of over 20 locations, including a recent 85,000 s.f. lease restructure in Dallas and dispositions in DC​

• Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart: Entire national portfolio of over 50 locations ranging in size from 3,000 to 40,000 s.f., including 40,000 s.f. administrative office relocation and a 35,000 s.f. headquarters deal
• Pepper Hamilton: Since 2006, worked on over a dozen transactions of all sizes for the firm, including over 240,000 s.f. lease renewal/restructure in Philadelphia, a 52,000 s.f. lease renewal in DC and dipositions in DC; new offices in LA and Palo Alto​​​
• Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom: 400,000 s.f.+ lease renewal in DC 
     Winner WBJ best leasing transaction (2011)
• Smithsonian: Entire portfolio, including sale/110,000 s.f. lease-back of the Victor Building, over 200,000 s.f. in both DC and Virginia and 360,000 s.f. in Maryland 
     Winner, GWCAR best suburban leasing transaction (2008)
• Troutman Sanders: Leases in Tysons Corner (17,000 s.f.), VA Beach (25,000 s.f.), Charlotte, NC (18,000 s.f.), Hong Kong (11,000 s.f.), Irvine (5,000 s.f. expansion), San Diego (16,000 s.f.), San Francisco (14,000 s.f.), Chicago (21,000 s.f.), Washington, DC (dispositions in excess of 30,000 RSF)
