Current summary
Mr. Joseph P. Champine (J.P.) joined JLL in 2008 as a result of the Staubach merger and is responsible for the development and maintenance of JLL”s corporate clientele. He has eleven years of commercial real estate brokerage experience.

J.P. specializes in consulting corporate acquisitions and dispositions of office and medical properties. His hardworking character enables him to work effectively with clients in a professional manner to exceed their expectations and needs. A combination of his education, energy, and experience has proven to be an advantage in the services he provides.

Experience
Since joining JLL, J.P. has primarily focused on Tenant representation for diversified account sectors where he has been instrumental in facilitating key lease transactions throughout each of their portfolios.  J.P. represents local startup firms to fortune 500 Companies.  

From 2014-2016 J.P. has been a JLL top achiever and has multiple CoStar Power Broker awards. In 2015 he was nominated and elected to JLL’s Mentor Protégé’ program in Dallas, Texas.

Prior to joining JLL, J.P. was an associate at Friedman Real Estate Group where he focused on the agency leasing side of the business. In 2006 he assisted in the creation and growth of CORE Partners which is a boutique real estate consulting firm.

Education and affiliations
J.P.  has  a  Bachelor’s  degree  in  Accounting  and  Finance  from  Western  Michigan  University’s  Haworth  College  of Business in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He currently has a real estate license in the State of Michigan and is a candidate for his CCIM designation.
