Drew Saunders is Managing Director at JLL and leads the Tri-State Integrated Portfolio Services team. He is responsible for strategic planning and account management for a wide variety of global corporate accounts.
Serving as the single point of contact, Drew's team coordinates services from across the JLL platform including Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Strategic Consulting, Integrated Facilities Management, Project & Development Services, and Business & Economic Incentives. This vertically integrated approach allows the Tristate IPS team to provide their global clients with a scalable, comprehensive real estate solution. Their ability to understand the overall impact of each and every requirement ensures their client's real estate strategy is aligned with their long-term business objectives.

Drew secured and managed the largest U.S. office transaction in 2007 which was also the most generous incentive package offered by the State of Pennsylvania for their 800,000 SF international headquarters for Westinghouse Electric Company. This project involved developing a real estate strategy; leading the negotiations for economic incentives with government officials; evaluating labor and demographic characteristics for relevant markets and facility locations; and structuring the development and financing transaction for the facility.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He is a board member at Eagle Hill School in Greenwich, CT.
