Current Responsibilities

Kimberly Arturo joined Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in 2018 as a Retail Advisor for the Retail Agency Leasing team led by Coleman Morris. The team oversees leasing and merchandising services to a growing portfolio of approximately 5 million square feet. Notable projects include Summerhill, a multi-million dollar mixed-use redevelopment of the Turner Field Stadium in Atlanta, GA; The Battery Atlanta at SunTrust Park; CNN Center; The Shops Buckhead Atlanta; Midtown Union, MetLife's multi-phase development in Midtown Atlanta; and South Downtown, a revitalization development by German firm Newport RE US.

As a leasing representative, Kimberly delivers unmatched and best-in-class merchandising to JLL's clients by focusing on creating lasting community experiences. She specializes in landlord representation, delivering value to retail property owners by facilitating transactions with leading restaurateurs, merchants, and unique entertainment concepts. Kimberly strongly believes in JLL's mission to achieve ambitious goals and is passionate about helping JLL's clients succeed. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys traveling, equestrian, golf and of course, exploring new retail and restaurant concepts.


Prior to joining JLL, Kimberly was a Real Estate Associate at Dewberry Capital Corporation, reporting to the Chairman and CEO. Throughout her tenure from 2013 to 2018, Kimberly was involved in retail leasing, corporate communications and development initiatives.

Education and Affiliations

Kimberly received a BA in Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ACBR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Kimberly currently holds a real estate license in the state of Georgia.
