​Current Responsibilities
Based in Charlotte, Greg specializes in tenant representation and agency leasing for the Carolina’s. He is responsible for the overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize each property’s income. Greg has strong knowledge of lease negotiations, development, re-development and tenant mix to better assist clients on achieving strategic merchandising, rent growth and property operations.  Due to his vast experience, Mr. Ix has developed and maintains strong retailer and Landlord relationships on national, regional and local levels.

Greg brings more than 25 years of experience in the retail industry with expertise in leasing, redevelopment, re-merchandising, tenant mix and maximizing NOI.  Prior to joining JLL, Greg was Vice President of Kimco Realty’s Southern Region. He was responsible for seven Southeastern states, and Puerto Rico. As Vice President, he oversaw budgeting, leasing, redevelopment, remerchandising, and repositioning of retails assets. He created value add opportunities and ancillary income to drive asset growth. He was also involved in regional acquisitions and dispositions underwriting.

Education and Affiliations
Greg received a bachelor of arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Sons of the American Revolution.  He holds a real estate license in the states of North Carolina, and New Jersey.
