Current Responsibilities

Melissa Martinez provides project coordination and overall support for the nine-person Agency Leasing team in Denver, Colorado. Her duties include management of the OneView Project tool, a proprietary JLL database for transaction management. She assists her team in every aspect of their day-to-day work, including e-marketing of properties, and meeting and event coordination.

Experience

Melissa has previously worked for the Project and Development Services team and the Logistics and Industrial Services teams in the Denver office. Prior to joining JLL in 2008, Melissa was a Real Estate Operations Manager at Exclusive Resorts, a luxury destination club with more than 3,000 members and a real estate portfolio consisting of more than 400 luxury residences in dozens of vacation destinations. In that role, she was directly responsible for all portfolio management aspects including budgeting and financial reporting, contract negotiations, capital project management and implementation of preventative maintenance programs. She has 17 years of executive assistant and sales support experience.

Education and Affiliations

Melissa attended Metro State University and the Women's College
at the University of Denver.
