​Current Responsibilities 

As Executive Vice President and COO of JLL's Healthcare Solutions group, Ed is responsible for the management and oversight of all client account operations. Further, he oversees the development and refinement of the facility management platform for healthcare systems, including business development support, operational efficiency, operational metrics and dashboards, technology delivery, and the oversight of regulatory compliance, energy management, sourcing, plant operations, EVS, dietary, and clinical engineering. He is based in Atlanta and serves clients nationally. 

Previous Experience

Ed has over 25 years of healthcare facility management experience. Prior to joining JLL, Ed was the Senior Director, National Brand Management for the National Healthcare Facility Solutions at Sodexo. In this role, he provided oversight of strategic business development the solutions development process. He also provided the leadership for operational execution for the national Facility Solutions Hospital market, developed standardized processes that increase secured outcome-based solutions and improved profitability and client satisfaction. 

Prior to Sodexo, Ed was the Vice President/GM, Facility Management at Johnson Controls, Inc. In this role, Ed was responsible for the full P&L autonomy for 8 geographical districts with $200 million in annual revenue and $1 billion of managed client business spend at 150 sites located across the US. Ed also held the positions of Director, North America Facility Management Operations, and District Manager for Healthcare Facility Management Service and additional operations management roles. 


Ed has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Bryan College and studied Operations Management at The University of Durham. He is a RHVAC Red Seal Journeyman and member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
