Current Responsibilities

Mike White is Managing Director of JLL Capital Markets Finance, Denver with more than 20 years of experience in the commerical real estate industry. Mike is responsible for originating debt and equity for all property types including office, retail, industrial, hotel, and multifamily assets.


Mike has financed over $2B of projects nationally, including debt, equity JVs and discretionary fund executions. Most recently, White managed CBRE's national Joint Venture and Structured Finance (JVSC) platform. Prior to that, Mike was a Senior Executive Partner and Head of Capital Markets with Hendricks & Partners (now Berkadia) and a Managing Director with HFF and HFF Securities.
