Current Responsibilities

Amy Weber is currently a Project Manager with JLL’s Project and Development Services (PDS) group in the Carolinas region. Amy is responsible for business development, client relationship management, and project delivery with a focus on interior build-outs, building renovations, and capital improvement projects for JLL clients. Her current responsibilities include: Schedule and budget development; procurement/ Entitlements process; RFP creation and contract negotiation; design document review; and invoice review and processing

Experience

  • Blackbaud, various projects: Project manager for upgrade projects at headquarters campus as well as security upgrades at all North American locations for client. She worked to source a national integrator for a seamless and consistent installation across the company’s sites.
  • The MITRE Corporation: Associate Project Manager for ground-up construction of 340,000 square foot office building to facilitate MITRE’s corporate real estate goals. Managed furniture budget, coordination of FF&E installation and moves.
  • Microsoft Corporation, various projects: Associate Project Manager for consolidation and refresh of leased space in existing office buildings. These projects allow Microsoft to align the locations with their Workplace Strategy goals while saving money by reducing the office footprint.
  • T-Mobile Multi-Site: Project Manager for full interior renovation of retail stores across the United States. Projects were completed during off store hours. Coordination and communication with landlords and store employees were necessary for success.
  • DHS ICE Consolidation and SCIF Renovation: Project Manager for redesign and construction of 4 floors at ICE Headquarters located in the Potomac Center North Building. Project included coordination and consultation with the furniture vendor to increase the cubicle and office count and the efficiency/use of the space.
  • 1620 L Street: Landlord representation for various TI, turnkey and speculative suite projects to support lease up at CBD office building. Advised on lease contract language and managed TI allowance budgets.

Education and Affiliations

Amy holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland. She is a member of NAIOP – the Commercial Real Estate Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a LEED© Green Associate
