Current Responsibilities

Greg Forge is currently Vice President, Regional Operations Manager and  focuses mainly on operational excellence, best practices and problem solving for downtown and suburban properties in the Denver region.  Greg's areas of expertise include property condition assessments, ground up development projects, value add capital projects and strategic operational efficiencies for engineering, tenant improvement projects, repairs,  maintenance and sustainability, as well as client and tenant relations.

Experience

Greg has over 29 years of real estate experience overseeing operations of Class AA commercial office buildings. Included in his commercial real estate experience are facility management assignments with the Boeing Company (fka McDonnel Douglas) and CBRE on the Wells Fargo account. Greg has worked with various clients including Hines Interests, CALPERS (California Public Employee's Pension Fund), Charter Hall Group, Beacon Capital Partners, Forest City Development, Equity Office and LaSalle Investment Management.

Education and Affiliations

Greg received a BS in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional through the USGB and obtained a SMA designation through BOMA. He carries a Universal CFC certification along with a Refrigerant Operators License from the City and County of Denver. He also has been on various Code Review Committees for the City and County of Denver.
