Current Responsibilities

Mr. Toureau currently has oversight over 5 facilities ranging from multi-tenant Class A properties to Industrial research and devolvement, including tech, bio, organic fertilizer, and health food, in total of (700,000 sqft).  In addition to his daily responsibilities, Carl also assists in new business, project development, construction oversight, contract negotiations, client and property retention acquisitions, budgets and consulting.  


Mr. Toureau started his career as a Refrigeration technician in 1997 and received his Universal Refrigeration license in 1998. He then joined QCI, a contracting group for the federal government, and began his career in Building Engineering in 2001. Mr. Toureau then received his City Building Operators license in 2004. In 2008, Mr. Toureau made the move to JLL and started with the company as an assistant Chief Engineer in the markets division of JLL where he ran a 600k sq. ft. facility in downtown Denver, CO. In 2010 Mr. Toureau was awarded a Chief Engineer position within the company and was assigned a manufacturing plant in Louisville, CO. In 2017 he was awarded a Senior Chief Engineer position within the company for oversight of multiple properties throughout the north-western suburbs of Colorado. 

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Toureau attended Union trade schools for HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
