Current Responsibilities

Bill Nelson is the Assistant General Manager for 950 17th street, better known as the US Bank Tower in downtown Denver. The US Bank Tower consists of 510,166 feet of  Class A office space and 21, 442 feet of retail space located on the 16th Street Mall.

Bill's responsibilities include the management of daily operations; preparing financial reporting; construction management; establishing tenant relationships and lines of communication; collecting accounts receivable and oversight of administrative duties.  


Bill has worked for roughly three years in the commercial real estate industry, with experience in office, industrial, retail, and mixed use properties. Bill joined the JLL Property Management team in April of 2017 at 410 17th street, but was transferred to the US Bank Tower in October.

Education and Affiliations

Bill received a bachelor's degree in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
