Current Responsibilities

Philip is a Project Manager in the Denver Office specializing in Construction Management. His primary responsiblities include managing the planning, design, and construction of new work. Philip's background working for a General Contractor helps him understand the details of scope, schedule coordination, and cost management. 

Currently Philip is helping United Airlines develop their Flight Training Facility in Stapleton, CO. The campus consists of 32 flight simulators, $130M of renovations, and a $55M ground-up flight training facility.


Before joining JLL, Philip served as a Project Manager for a General Contractor in the booming San Francisco market. His typical workload consisted of running 3-4 fast -paced T.I. renovations at one time. As the client's sole point of contact, he ensured projects were turned-over on schedule and on budget. Projects typically ranged from 10,000 s.f. to 45,000 s.f. full demo and renovation with all new MEP sysstems.

Philip also has strcutral concrete expereince working on large ground-up and structural retrofit projects. These projects include: Signature Flights 7 large airplane hangers and a private terminal at San Jose Airport, San Francisco Market Coorporation consisting of an 80,000 s.f., two-story tilt-up building, and a structural renovation for ACT Strand Theatre in San Francisco on an existing 4-story historical building.

Philip earned his bachelor of science degree at California Polytechnic State Univresity, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Construction Management.
