Current Responsibilities Courtney Smith is a Senior Vice President in JLL's Corporate Solutions group where she serves as the Account Manager for a Fortune 50 financial services firm providing client relationship management, account management and team oversight for Transaction, Lease Administration and Brokerage services. In this role, Courtney is responsible for developing and implementing the account operational and governance model – playbooks, procedures, analytics and technology – which has been adopted by JLL as well as other 3rd party firms who provide Transaction services to the client. Additionally, she supports strategic portfolio initiatives for the client, undertaking complex analysis to conceptualize actionable strategies that align real estate activities with the broader business objectives.
Experience Courtney has been at JLL for 11 years – 8 years in the USA and 2.5 years in Hong Kong. Her experience includes portfolio planning, individual asset reviews, location analysis and advisory, program management office (PMO) and transaction management. Education and Affiliations
Courtney graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Studies. Courtney is an active member and thought leadership contributor of the CoreNet NYC Chapter and is involved in various philanthropic organizations. She is a LEED Green Associate, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New York, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and trained on the LaMarsh change management model.
