​Current Responsibilities
Mr. Wong is a Vice President in the Consulting group in the New York office.  He specializes in Workplace Strategy and Change Management, working with clients to align their business goals with workplace solutions through end-user research and engagement.

Mr. Wong has eight years' experience in workplace strategy delivering a wide range of services from facilitating manager and employee workshops, designing workplace studies, conducting complex quantitative analysis, developing space concepts and workplace programs that align with business goals, to implementing and supporting pilot projects. With his experience working across multiple industries, he is capable of recognizing trends in workplace design as well as identifying opportunities to maximize real estate efficiency.

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Wong served as a Strategic Planner with HLW's Strategy & Discovery group, delivering services on all facets of the pre-design process. In this role, key deliverables such as building site analysis, strategic briefing, and space programming were used to help client stakeholders make informed decisions, help brokers identify potential real estate solutions, and help designers understand the project's spatial requirements. Mr. Wong also served as a Strategic Consultant with AECOM Strategy+ (formerly DEGW).

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Wong earned his Master's degrees in Business Administration and Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Wong's Architectural thesis was based on gathering qualitative and quantitative information to inform design, build a business case, and illustrate research and design concepts in a graphically and reader-friendly manner.​
