Ms. Williams has over twenty years experience in developing and implementing complex workplace strategies domestically and internationally. She has a proven track record for delivering creative and adaptable solutions while utilizing key analytics to optimize the portfolio, reduce costs and increase workforce satisfaction. Ms. Williams has been successful leading large workplace change initiatives, building teams and influencing at all levels of an organization. Her past experience as the Accountable Lead for a large workplace strategy change enables her to create strong relationships with teams facing similar changes.
Ms. Williams has a diverse skill set in corporate real estate which makes her uniquely adaptable for delivering workplace change. While at Capital One for over 18 years, she delivered key workplace changes in a large, highly matrixed environment. She was a key team member implementing a "future of work" environment for 60,000 associates in 14 million SF. She implemented innovative, activity based space solutions in Canada, UK, India and the Philippines to increase portfolio optimization by 25% and workforce satisfaction between 25-50%. As part of this program, Ms. Williams delivered new technology solutions to enable more effecient, faster collaboration between teams; on site and remote. These solutions were developed through intergrating best in class corporate real estate solutions with organizational strategy and a keen understanding of key business processes. In addition, Ms. Williams has led key portfolio strategies involving labor analytics and location strategies for six international markets. During her tenure at Capital One, she has developed creative service strategies to drive participation and optimize costs efficiencies for various hospitality and business support services that align with changes to corporate initiatives, as well as a key team member in acquisition integration both domestically and internationally. Ms. Williams leads effective change through building highly effective teams, continuous improvement and leading through ambiguity. She is customer focused with an exceptional ablity to create relationships.
Education and Affiliations
Ms. Williams earned her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Marketing and French from York College of Pennsylvania as well a certificate in Executive Leadership at Darden School of Business/University of Virignia. She is working toward her certification in Change Management by LaMarch Global. She has professional affiliations with the following organizations: CoreNet, WorkTECH, and Workplace Evolutionairies.
