Current ResponsibilitiesKatie Rodrigues is a Vice President in the Workplace Strategy practice within the Consulting group and is based in the San Francisco office. She currently leads the Workplace Strategy Practice in the Americas West Coast Region, which covers 13 states. She brings extensive knowledge of workplace strategy, user research, change management and human factors to the expertise within the Consulting practice.
ExperienceOver the past decade, Katie has worked with a variety of clients ranging from Federal Agencies and Global Technology companies to young startups. Katie uses her passion for problem-solving to help companies rethink and reshape the work environment to best suit their specific needs.
Katie has worked closely with companies to develop workplace strategies, incorporating multiple perspectives by engaging employees and leaders through the process. Katie knows how to align culture, work practices, technology and business strategies to help clients achieve their workplace goals, and has experience developing and leading change management programs to support a successful transition.
Prior to JLL, Katie was a Senior Design Strategist at Gensler in the San Francisco Consulting Team. She served as the consulting Design Experience Leader, member of the Technology Practice Area Team and a Dean within the Design Strategy Development program. Katie has previously worked as a Workplace Strategist for DEGW in NYC and San Francisco.
Education and AffiliationsKatie earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Cornell University in the Department of Design and Environmental Analysis with a concentration in Human Factors and Ergonomics. Katie is the founder and organizer of a Professional Network of Office Administrative Professionals in the Bay Area that has approximately 700 members. Among others, Katie's responsibilities include organizing the network, facilitating events and leading the network steering committee.
