Current Responsibilities
Amanda Kross is a Senior Vice President within the Consulting group and is based in the New York office. Amanda leads the Workplace Strategy Practice in the Americas Northeast Region.

Amanda has over 10 years of experience developing integrated space, service, and organizational solutions that improve business operations, employee productivity, and customer experience. By approaching real estate as a business driver, Amanda develops enterprise-wide space strategies that focus on improving employee health, productivity, and engagement while achieving business goals and objectives.

Prior to joining JLL, Amanda was Director of Strategy, Business Development and Marketing at brightspot strategy - a boutique experience design firm in New York City. As one of its founding members, Amanda helped grow the practice and expand the firm's offerings and sector reach.

Amanda led the firm's Cultural sector, through her work in this sector brightspot became a leader in museum strategic planning and master planning. She also maintained client accounts with several Higher Education institutions to deliver alternative workplace strategies, academic library planning and campus master plans. Finally, she spearheaded corporate workplace strategy and change management engagements with technology and financial services firms. Her projects resulted in facilities that vastly improve internal operations and set a new standard for staff and customer experience.

Amanda previously worked as a Workplace Strategist at DEGW in New York where she ran workplace transformation projects for the Pharmaceutical, Government, and Technology sectors.

Education and Affiliations
​Amanda received her bachelor degree in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University, where she returns annually to lecture on Design Management and Strategy. She has been published in Touchpoint, The Journal of Service Design and her workplace strategy work has been covered by Interior Design Magazine. Amanda on the Board of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Santa Barbara. She is a LEED accredited professional.​
