Career summary
Mark Kindrachuk is a Vice President in JLL’s Real Estate Investment Bank. As a key member of JLL’s Global Capital Markets group, he is responsible for the strategic underwriting and execution of real estate transactions. While at JLL, Mr. Kindrachuk has overseen more than $16 billion of transactions ranging from ground-up construction financing to international portfolio investment sales.

Mr. Kindrachuk specializes in debt and portfolio management. Prior to joining JLL, he worked at Lone Star Funds where he oversaw strategy on a portfolio of over $5 billion of sub-performing and non-performing single family mortgages. His responsibilities included pro-forma modeling, underwriting private label securitizations, and operations oversight of a captive mortgage servicer. Mark began his real estate career at Core Plus Properties, an owner-operator with than 500,000 square feet of assets in the New York and Washington D.C. metro areas.

Mr. Kindrachuk graduated in 2006 from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate.
