Current Responsibilities
Jack Strain is an Analyst with the investment banking team of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group in its New York office. As a member of the dedicated financing team, his primary responsibilities include raising debt and equity for hotel owners and developers, as well as providing advisory services. In his day-to-day contributions to the team, Jack is focused on financial underwriting, market research and preparation of offering memoranda and pitch materials while facilitating the closing of both single asset and portfolio transactions secured by hotel real estate.
Prior to joining JLL, Jack worked as an Analyst on the securitization team at CCRE, a leading non-bank commercial real estate lender based in New York City. At CCRE, Jack was primarily responsible for underwriting loan packages, crafting and issuing term sheets, reviewing internal and external loans for disclosure, managing loan data tapes and creating models.

Education and Affiliations
Jack graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Economics.
