​Current responsibilities

Brent joined JLL in 2017 as a part of the team that founded the Southeast Industrial Capital Markets practice within JLL's Capital Markets Group. In this role, Brent works closely with his team members Britton Burdette, Pete Pittroff, Crosby Taylor, and Rachel Hull in representing a wide range of clients.


Prior to joining JLL, Brent was an Associate at Stan Johnson Company where he specialized in the underwriting, capitalization, and disposition of net lease properties throughout the United States. His highly-talented team focused on office, industrial and sale-leaseback transactions. Brent joined Stan Johnson Company as an Analyst in 2015.

Brent's strengths in value creation lie in his granular approach to market and credit analytics, as well as creative financial modeling. As the primary point of contact in managing his Team's transactions, Brent evolved deals from LOI negotiations to contract, and tactfully guiding them to an efficient close.

Since 2016, Brent has either underwrote or proposed valuations for over $1.6 billion of assets and managed over $305 million in sale transactions, totaling more than 13 million square feet. Preceding his experience as a net lease investment sales specialist, Bono excelled on the Sale Comparable Team at CoStar Group, Inc. where he analyzed legal documentation to support strategic interviewing in determining the value, structure, and motivations behind development projects and institutional acquisitions.

Education and affiliations

A graduate of University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Brent earned his Bachelors of Science in Real Estate finance with minors in both Economics and Marketing. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia, and a member of the Developing Leaders program with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
