​​Current Responsibilities

Tom Bohlinger is an Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group based in Downtown Los Angeles.  He facilitates office and portfolio sales and is expanding the investment brokerage business in Southern California​

Experience 

Mr. Bohlinger brings more than 35 years of experience in real estate investment, finance and development and has completed transactions in excess of $6 billion over the course of his career.  He comes to JLL from CBREI where he was an Executive Vice President with the Investment Properties Group.  Prior to that, he was Director of Financial Services-Western Region for Jones Lang Wootton USA; CFO of Howard Development Company; and Senior Vice President of W. Ross Campbell Company. He started his career as a tax accountant with Ernst & Ernst.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Bohlinger received his BS and MBA from the University of Southern California where he was a member of the National Championship Football Team and Captain of Special Teams. He received the Outstanding Senior Student Athletic Award his senior year. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP
