​Gary Horwitz, a Managing Director of the Jones Lang LaSalle Los Angeles region, specializes in representing Tenants in the South Bay and West LA markets and multi-market account management. Throughout his career, he has exclusively represented tenants in structuring and negotiating lease and purchase transactions. Gary provides his clients with a full range of advisory services and is an expert in orchestrating specialty services, including consulting/strategic planning, project management, and lease administration.  He enjoys helping his clients shape real estate strategies that support their overall corporate objectives.

Gary brings over 24 years of experience in domestic and international corporate real estate assignments. He started his career as a real estate attorney and subsequently served as a corporate real estate executive for 14 years at Mattel and Idealab.  At Mattel, Inc. he was Vice President of Global Real Estate managing their 18 million square foot real estate portfolio consisting of over 250 facilities worldwide.
