Current Responsibilities

Ernie Miller is a Senior Project Manager within the Projects and Development Services Group in Philadelphia, providing project management services to diverse corporate clients throughout the Northeast Region.


Since joining JLL in 2015, Mr. Miller has overseen a series of office renovation and fit-out projects as well as several renovations within commercial foodservice facilities.

Prior to Joining JLL, Mr. Miller operated his own project management consulting business, serving select clients by providing project management and coordination as well as owner’s representation services. His focus was on scope and budget development, design coordination, bidding, and direct oversight of the renovation or new construction process, and his concentration was with retail, restaurant, and senior living clients whether corporate, franchise, or individual.

Prior to establishing his own LLC, Mr. Miller was a senior project manager with Lend Lease Construction, and served in a variety of positions with the firm. Notable was his role as lead account executive for Aramark Corporation. In this position, Ernie provided full-time in-house support at the Aramark Corporate Headquarter including professional construction support services from estimating, scheduling, value engineering, constructability reviews, cost control, construction purchasing and full scale project management across the country and in all lines of business. He personally managed over 100 successful projects while there, as well as oversaw a staff of up to 7 full time PMs involved in food service and retail programs within the sectors of business, higher education, health care, hospitality, convention centers, and sports and entertainment venues.

Some representative projects completed by Mr. Miller include:

  • VetStreet (Henry Schein Veterinary Solutions) office fitout and relocation
  • Barclays Bank office renovation and consolidation projects (Boston, Washington DC, Houston, Wilmington)
  • RLI Insurance – Tenant fit out of new offices and relocation (8700 SF)
  • Clear Choice – 7100 SF tenant fit out of a new Dental facility within existing office building.
  • AltiSource – remodel of existing office space
  • Kennedy Health Systems – Patient tray system upgrades in main kitchens and retail café remodel at three campuses in Southern New Jersey
  • Kennedy Health Systems – Coffee Café installation coordination including POS, digital menus, testing and startup of equipment.
  • Domino’s Pizza – multiple store refresh and new store build outs
  • 7-11’s New Store national expansion program, managing the remodels of former retail spaces as well as new out of ground stores throughout the Delaware, Maryland, and Washington DC area
  • Applebee’s Revitalization Program, consisting of Brand refresh and remodels through a portfolio of stores around the Washington DC area.
  • TaylorMade Golf HQ, Carlsbad, California - Total renovation of Food Court
  • Glenn Cove Conference Center and Hotel, Glen Cove NY - Renovation of guest rooms, common areas, dining rooms, elevators, kitchen upgrades.
  • Broward General Medical Center, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida – Complete renovation of Serving Area and Dining
  • Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, Pa – Food court, kitchen and food prep renovation

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Miller holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Grove City College, and an MS degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. As a former Marine Officer, Mr. Miller attended numerous military schools and held a specialty in Logistics.
