Current responsibilities

Nicholas Gentilesco is a Senior Vice President in JLL's New York City office. He is tasked with building the multi-market tenant service line  of  JLL's New York Consulting/Advisory Group, a service division that provides industry leading analytics and offers high level consulting, transaction strategy, structuring and execution services.  Nicholas focuses on adding value to JLL's clients, by offering a strategic and multidisciplinary approach to solving their real estate challenges. He not only offers deep real estate expertise, but also takes into consideration people, process, technology and governance implications, as well as the alignment with the client corporate culture and business needs.



Since joining JLL in 2015, Nicholas has completed projects that emphasized portfolio strategy, location advisory & site selection, financial engineering & deal structuring, occupancy cost reduction, organizational assessment & business process improvement, transaction support, valuation & appraisal, and highest & best use.


Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Gentilesco was an Associate Consultant in the Strategic Portfolio Solutions Group at Savills Studley in New York.  Additionally, Nicholas has experience as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Nicholas graduated from Brown University where he focused his studies in international politics earning an A.B. in political science.  He continued his education earning a M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.  Additionally, he spent time studying business and finance at Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand and Pontificia Universidad Catόlica in Santiago, Chile.  ​
