Current responsibilities
Edward Wagoner is globally responsible for all aspects of JLL’s technology for corporate occupiers, including the business strategy, marketing, development, deployment and support. He is a member of the Executive Committee and is also an International Director with JLL.

Edward is responsible for creating the strategy to position JLL’s client technology platform as a key service delivery differentiator to major global corporations and is unique as a technology executive in his capabilities and participation as a member of the major business sales team for global client pursuits. 

Prior to his current role, Edward was the CIO for JLL’s Americas region overseeing the management and delivery to clients and account teams in North, Central and South American markets.

Before being named CIO, he gained business and client experience within our Corporate Solutions businesses. He was also the implementation manager in JLL’s Facility Management business for the original multi-client National Property Service Center where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm’s virtual management facility service center.

Prior to his move into technology roles, Edward served as the Audit and Quality Control Manager where he was responsible for auditing and assessing the quality of the financial management services provided by the regional offices to our clients.

Before joining JLL, Edward was a financial manager with MetLife and a regional controller for Insignia Financial Group (acquired by CB Richard Ellis). He gained public accounting experience with KPMG Peat Marwick.

He is a recipient of the JLL Club award recognizing exceptional contributions that create real value for clients and the firm. As an inaugural member of JLL’s Diversity Committee, he continues his advocacy for D&I initiatives and is a recipient of the JLL Prism Award for advancing diversity and inclusion.

Edward earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and has completed Post Baccalaureate work at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a C.P.A.

Edward is a past president of one of the country’s largest charitable organizations dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of golden and labrador retrievers. He currently serves on committees for a variety of social, religious and charitable organizations.
