​Current responsibilities
Bill Finnegan is a Senior Vice President for JLL in the Philadelphia office. Bill specializes in providing a myriad of services to his clients, in particular, sophisticated real estate-based financial advice with a primary focus on financial statement enhancement, tax mitigation and the most efficient application of client’s capital resources.  

As a CPA, Bill will also offer expert guidance to his extensive CFO network on the recent changes to the lease accounting standards.  Bill delivers exceptional services and solutions to owners, occupiers and investors. 

With experience in both tenant representation and agency leasing, Bill minimizes costs and optimizes efficiency for tenants and provides owners with market expertise to maximize their return on investment. 

Bill has been active in Philadelphia commercial real estate brokerage 20+ years. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at Cresa, specializing in corporate tenant representation.

Prior to this, Bill held Senior Director roles at both Newmark Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to his experience in commercial real estate, Bill worked in the finance areas at Bristol Myers Squibb and GlaxoSmithKline and earned his CPA while working for PWC. 

Among his various industry accolades, Bill has been named Broker of the Year by both Newmark and Brandywine Realty Trust, and recognized as a CoStar Power Broker on numerous occasions.
