As Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle’s San Diego office, Pascal Aubry-Dumand focuses on lease and sales transactions primarily in the Coastal San Diego communities of La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, and Carlsbad.  ​

Experience

Pascal has over twenty-three years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties in San Diego County and in European cross-border representation.

During his career, Mr. Aubry-Dumand has transacted over 650 leases/2.5 million square feet of leases and has been involved in sales transactions valued at more than $350 million. Mr. Aubry-Dumand has worked on a number of tenant representation assignments for companies such as Solar Gard US (130,000 sf), Sopra (60,000 sf), Saint-Gobain US (39,000 sf), Burnham Pacific (34,000 sf), GSA (30,000 sf), MCI Worldcom (30,000 sf), Symantec (25,000 sf), Safran US (22,000 sf),  Wavecom US (21,000 sf), Kenan Systems (18,000 sf), Pacific Intercultural Exchange (16,000 sf), Avid Technology (12,000 sf) and Avis (11,000 sf).  Noteworthy Landlords represented include Blackstone, Morgan Stanley, Glenborough Realty, LaSalle Investment, Alecta, Parallel Capital Partners, Capstone Advisors, Deutsche Bank, PERA, PICOA and Saint Martins.

Education and Affiliations

Pascal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law from the University of Paris II, Assas (1991) and received the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) (2006). He is a member of the San Diego French American Chamber of Commerce and the Santaluz Club.
