Current responsibilities
Stephanie Rinard, MAI serves as Vice President of JLL Southwest region of the Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) business. In this role, Ms. Rinard is responsible for performing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial lending, financial reporting, litigation, and tax appeals purposes.

Experience
Based in Phoenix, Ms. Rinard provides valuations of complex properties and consulting services pertaining to financial reporting on properties throughout the U.S. and internationally. Throughout her extensive career, experience spans general valuations for lending purposes to consulting services pertaining to GAAP & IFRS, including fair value measurements (ASC Topic 820), purchase price allocations (ASC Topic 805), and capital leases (ASC Topic 840). Ms. Rinard has provided consulting and valuations services for clients with substantial holdings including federal, state and local governments, REITs, pension funds, financial institutions, developers, and family trusts.

Appraisal assignments pertain to a variety of property types, including airport hangers, senior housing, hotels, convenience stores/gas stations, farms, agricultural land, quarries, office, medical office, manufactured homes, neighborhood retail, regional malls, industrial, distribution warehouses, churches, marinas, multifamily, restaurants, schools, residential and industrial subdivisions, self-storage facilities and vacant land. The services were utilized by clients on matters including acquisitions, financing, documentation, laon review, tax appeals, leasing, litigation, condemnation proceedings, portfolio updates, disposition and divestments. 

Education and affiliations
Ms. Rinard received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Kent State University and received her Masters in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University. She is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI #543892). She is also an associate member of the Urban Land Institute. She is a certified general real estate appraiser in the following states: Arizona (31925), Nevada (A.0207517 – CG), New Mexico (03561 – G), Ohio (2011001598) and South Carolina (7211).
