​Current responsibilities

Wenner Nunes is currently an Associate with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York City office. He works directly with the firm's Vice Chairman, Rob Martin, and Managing Director, Gil Ohls, as a member of one of the New York Market's most active brokerage teams. In his role, Wenner represents tenants in a variety of industries, advising them in the planning and execution of their real estate strategy. Wenner plays an integral role in developing new business and enhancing Jones Lang LaSalle's market outreach, while adding significant value to client assignments.

Working with local, national and international firms, Wenner helps his clients evaluate and implement strategic real estate plans. He demonstrates his expertise in the field through his ability to arrange and assist in sophisticated methods of relocation and occupancy cost reduction strategies, as well as contract and lease negotiations. With a reputation built on client service and cultivating exclusive, long-term client relationships.


Before joining JLL, Wenner first worked at the Construction and Real Estate Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young, where he learned to take a consultative approach to assignments which he still uses today.

Education and affiliations

Wenner earned a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Commercial Real Estate. During his time there, he played on the football team.

Wenner is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York and New Jersey.
