Current ResponsibilitiesMs. Sullivan is a Vice President for the Public Institutions group in JLL's Chicago office. Her current responsibilities include project management, financial analysis, market research, economic analysis, development advisory, strategy development, and Request for Proposal (RFP) production. Her role involves providing comprehensive real estate services to government clients at the federal, state and municipal levels.
ExperienceMs. Sullivan currently provides project management and analytical support for various strategic advisory and brokerage projects, including financial, market, leasing and regulatory real estate analysis. Key areas of expertise include higher education real estate and land use planning, development consulting, and non-traditional revenue generation and financial structuring for public agencies. Below is a list of recent projects.
Southern Methodist University: Ms. Sullivan worked on a parking valuation and analysis for SMU to determine what potential opportunities exist for monetizing their parking system and ways in which they could improve their operations.
University of Cincinnati : UofC engaged JLL to explore how the University might leverage public private partnerships on their campus. Ms. Sullivan did a financial analysis of a subset of opportunities the Universtiy decided to look into further.Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Sullivan began her career as a Relationship Associate in Wealth Management at Credit Suisse where she worked with ultra-high net worth, multi-generational families. Later, Ms. Sullivan was an Assistant Vice President in the Investor Relations group at Grosvenor Capital Management, L.P. delivering a high level of client services to sovereign wealth funds in Asia as well as domestic public and corporate pension plans.
Education and AffiliationsMs. Sullivan graduated with a B.S. in Finance – Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She earned a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Economics and Entrepreneurship.
