Current Responsibilities

Ms. Sullivan is a Vice President for the Public Institutions group in JLL's Chicago office. Her current responsibilities include business development, project management, financial analysis, market research, economic analysis, development advisory, strategy development, and Request for Proposal (RFP) production.  Her role involves providing comprehensive real estate services to government clients at the federal, state and municipal levels as well as institutions of higher education.

Experience

Ms. Sullivan currently provides project management and analytical support for various strategic advisory and brokerage projects, including financial, market, leasing and regulatory real estate analysis.  Key areas of expertise include higher education real estate and land use planning, development consulting, and non-traditional revenue generation and financial structuring for public agencies.

Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Sullivan was an Assistant VP in the Investor Relations group at Grosvenor Capital Management, L.P., delivering a high level of client services to sovereign wealth funds in Asia as well as domestic public and corporate pension plans. 

Education and Affiliations

Ms. Sullivan graduated with a B.S. in Finance – Real Estate from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.  She later earned a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Economics and Entrepreneurship.
