Current Responsibilities
Mitch Levine is an Analyst with the investment banking team of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group in its New York office. As a member of the dedicated financing team, his primary responsibilities include raising debt and equity for hotel owners and developers, as well as providing advisory services. In his day-to-day contributions to the team, Mitch is focused on financial underwriting, market research and preparation of  offering memoranda and pitch materials while facilitating the closing of  both single asset and portfolio transactions secured by hotel real estate.
Prior to joining JLL, Mitch worked as a Financial Analyst on the Corporate Finance team at Cushman & Wakefield, a full-service commercial real estate services firm based in New York City. At Cushman, Mitch was primarily responsible for ensuring that the merge with DTZ, and the acquisition of Massey Knakal both seamlessly integrated into one robust financial platform throughout the Americas. Prior to Cushman, Mitch was an Analyst on the ground-up development team at Madison Realty Capital in New York City.

Education and Affiliations
Mitch graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business with an M.B.A., specializing in both Real Estate and Corporate Finance. For his undergraduate studies, he attended Yeshiva University, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics.
