Our people

Current Responsibilities 

Mark Williams solicits, manages and reviews valuation and consulting assignments throughout Florida and the southeast through a staff of 15 local appraisers located within Jacksonville, Florida. Mark is additionally responsible for distributing and overseeing national asset valuation and portfolio assignments as well as providing valuation and advisory support to JLL offices within the southeast United States.


Mark Williams has over 30 years of valuation experience and has appraised most commercial property types from the most basic of properties to complex mixed-use properties and going concerns.  Mr. Williams has personally appraised properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas and the Carolinas and has directed assignments throughout the United States.  Local staff has prepared approximately 700 commercial appraisals annually over the last five years.

  • Broom, Moody, Johnson and Grainger, Jacksonville, Florida ‑ Senior Commercial Appraiser (1989‑1999)

  • IRR-Jacksonville, formerly Crenshaw • Williams Appraisal Company - Commercial Appraiser, Vice President and Senior Director (September 1999 - May 2017)

  • JLL Valuation and Advisory – Managing Director (May 2017 - Present)
