Responsibilities and experience
Matthew Manning is a General Manager in JLL Phoenix’s Asset Services division and has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. His current portfolio consists of 267K square feet of class A office in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

While protecting the physical and financial health of his clients’ assets, Matthew’s responsibilities include the preparation and administration of all financial reports including budgets, reforecasts, and reconciliations, direct communication with clients for operational matters, assisting with asset management and brokerage services, administration of capital and tenant improvements, tenant retention and relations, providing excellent customer service, supervising vendors, and implementing all applicable sustainable initiatives. With a strong focus on business ethics and communication, Matthew accomplishes these tasks efficiently and regularly receives unsolicited compliments from clients, tenants, brokers and vendors.

Prior to joining JLL, Matthew worked at Digital Realty managing their Arizona Data Center Portfolio consisting of 1.3 million square feet and over 90 mega-watts of electrical distribution. Matthew was accountable for the asset’s financial performance and responsible for the critical operations of 55 team members.

Matthew also has valuable prior experience as a Real Estate Manager with CBRE where he managed all aspects of a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of over 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial assets.

Education and affiliations
Matthew is an Arizona native and an Arizona State University graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate receiving Honors Cum Laude. Outside of real estate investment and management, Matthew enjoys outdoor activities and quality time with friends and family.
