​Current Responsibilities

Julie Rhoades brings nearly 15 years of transactional experience in
many facets of commercial brokerage, including landlord representation, tenant representation, government lease acquisitions,
land sales and development underwriting to JLL.  Her breadth of
experience makes her valuable to JLL’s Agency Leasing practice
where she raises property values through maximizing occupancy.
Julie is primarily responsible for leasing and marketing efforts for
commercial office buildings in the Central Business District
and Southeast Suburban markets.


Prior to her current role at JLL, Ms. Rhoades worked at ARA Newmark where she focused on marketing and brokering land sites for round-up development during Denver’s largest development cycle. Julie has 10 years of preceding office leasing experience, most recently as a Regional Manager within JLL’s Public Institutions Group, where she completed GSA lease transactions and followed complex federalacquisition regulations.  Ms. Rhoades began her career at Equity Office Properties, where she represented Chicago’s largest landlord and leased such notable buildings as the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the historic Civic Opera Building.

Education and Affiliations

Ms. Rhoades earned a B.S. from the University of Kansas in Business
and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado. Julie has
longstanding relationships in the Denver brokerage community and is a fourth generation Colorado native.
