Current responsibilities
Gilley Mattingly is a Vice President with the Corporate Solutions group at JLL, currently serving as the Transactions Team Lead for Bank of America Portfolio in the South Central Region. 

She is dedicated to providing real estate strategy, transactional services, financial and qualitative analysis and account management in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. 

Gilley manages and executes complex, large and mid size transactions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge while fostering client relationships and business growth. Her expertise includes corporate real estate alignment, sourcing and closing complex transactions, portfolio management, and transaction management. 

Gilley is a skilled negotiator with exceptional ability to develop and maintain key relationships and solid management abilities in goal-setting, prioritizing, and tracking critical milestones.  Exceptional communicator with all levels of staff, vendors, clients, and executives.

Experience
Gilley has over 15 years of real estate experience with national retailers such as Bank of America, AT&T, FedEx Kinko's and Blockbuster.  She joined JLL in August 2015 and has since completed over $25 million in transactions on behalf of Bank of America.

Gilley is responsible for completing transactions covering over 8 million square feet of space and is responsible for transaction delivery across a 3 state geography in the Southern US.

Prior to her role with JLL, Gilley was with CBRE representing AT&T and FedEx Kinkos.  She successfully completed transactions totaling over $70M in rent expenses and over $31M in capital cost. 

Gilley had over 260 executed leases and over 370 executed LOIs. She negotiated AT&T's first Flagship location, which was 10,400 SF on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, IL.  She was responsible for transaction delivery across a 15 state geography in the Central and Northern US.

Education
Gilley holds a Bachelors of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University. Additionally, she holds a Masters of Social Work  from The University of Texas at Arlington. She also holds a brokers real estate license in Texas.
