Claire Ross is a Leasing Associate with JLL in the Agency Leasing Group in Atlanta. Ms. Ross' current responsibilities include all phases of landlord representation, from creation and implementation of detailed marketing plans to lease analysis, negotiation, documentation, cold calling, and cultivating relationships with brokers throughout Atlanta. Since joining JLL in June 2016, Ms. Ross has successfully acquired 5 leasing assignments in Atlanta.
Ms. Ross began her career at JLL in 2016. Since taking on the leasing assignment for the Hurt Building in November 2016, Ms. Ross has generated 45,000 RSF+ tenant leads from cold calling, closed 160,000 RSF+ in leases and collaborated with ownership to generate leasing activity and target prospective tenants. Her most recent achievement was creating a marketing book titled "Why Downtown Atlanta" for Herzing University, which aided in a 30,000 SF lease with Herzing University.
Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Ross interned at Prudential Global Investment Management (PGIM) as a Senior Housing and Acquisitions Summer Analyst (Summer 2015) and at JLL as a Brokerage Intern (Summer 2014). With a background in marketing, and real estate, Ms. Ross' prior experiences allow her to take an analytical approach to creating value for her clients by developing an in-depth understanding of Atlanta's office submarkets, competitive buildings, and tenant roll.
Education & Affiliations
Ms. Ross graduated from Emory University's Goizueta Business School with degrees in Marketing and Real Estate. She was a leader in her community where she served as President of the Goizueta Real Estate Club. Ms. Ross is an active member of CREW Atlanta. Ms. Ross is a licensed salesperson in the State of Georgia.
