Current responsibilities

Herb Mansinne is a Managing Director with JLL, with primary responsibility for Northern Virginia.

To best represent his clients’ interests, Herb has been able to develop a strong understanding for what development will occur in the Alexandria, Arlington, Reston and Tysons Corner areas and what impact this will have on the market and, more specifically, the client’s bottom line.


Herb joined JLL upon the merger of LaSalle Partners and Jones Lang Wootton. He was previously a Senior Vice President – Investor Services Group based in Jones Lang Wootton USA’s Northern Virginia office. He joined Jones Lang Wootton in April 1997. 

Prior to that, Herb worked for Larson, Ball & Gould for 10 years as a Vice President, where he specialized in landlord and tenant representation.

In the past five years, he has participated in more than $400 million of leasing transactions involving more than three million square feet.  Additionally, he has been involved in more than $75 million of sales transactions.

Herb has specifically focused on agency leasing representing large institutions and local landlords in multiple submarkets throughout the Northern Virginia marketplace.

A representative sample of clients served includes: The JBG Companies, Trizec Office Properties, Tishman Speyer Properties, TIAA, JP Morgan, BPG Properties, Lowe Enterprises and Corporate Office Properties Trust. 

To best represent his clients’ interests, Herb nsinne has developed a strong understanding for current and future development in the Alexandria, Arlington, Tysons Corner, both Reston-Herndon market areas and what impact this will have on the market and how it will affect his clients’ bottom line.


Herb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from George Mason University. 


Herb is active in the Ballston Partnership and is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS (GWCAR).  He is a licensed salesperson in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
