Current Responsibilities

Matt Weinreb is an Associate with JLL's Washington DC Retail Leasing team.  Working on a team with well-established brokers, he specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants in leasing transactions of commercial retail space.  Matt is passionate about the industry, has developed a strong background in real estate, and is determined to continue creating relationships on a local, regional, and national level.

While gaining significant leasing experience with JLL for the past year, Matt has been exposed to various representation opportunities including restaurant clients, fitness concepts, bank expansion, preferred developers, neighborhood retail centers, expansive retail development, experiential mall operators, and retail investors. With both tenant and landlord representation, he successfully facilitates the deal process with clients starting with a letter of intent leading to an executed lease.

Prior to joining JLL, Matt was an Investment Associate for Marcus & Millichap at their Baltimore office. Matt was hired to specialize in single tenant net lease retail properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, Matt experienced internships at both CBRE and ABS Partners Real Estate in New York City.
