​Current Responsibilities
Based in Atlanta, Mr. Conroy is an Analyst with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group. He is primarily responsible for advisory and asset management services in the southeastern region of the United States. As a part of the firm’s Strategic Advisory and Asset Management practice, Mr. Conroy works on a broad range of projects, including transaction advisory, feasibility studies, valuations, litigation support, portfolio analysis, and market research studies.

Mr. Conroy has collaborated on various projects, including asset management, valuation, market research, and portfolio management. He also evaluates the feasibility and profitability of hotel investment decisions for clients, assessing both micro and macro factors that impact hotel performance. 

Prior Positions
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Conroy worked for Windstream Holdings, Inc. as part of their Finance Leadership Development Program. During his tenure, he developed financial models for capital investment opportunities and worked to mitigate business expense.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Conroy graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business, earning bachelor's degrees in Economics and Finance. He was involved with various student organizations including, Nation Model United Nations, Walton Honors Program, and served as a teaching assistant for Microeconomic and Macroeconomic courses.
