David Bale is an Executive Vice President within JLL Houston’s Office Tenant Representation group. He specializes in reducing his clients’ operating costs through disciplined real estate planning and negotiation. By leveraging all phases of the lease, purchase, and build-to-suit processes, he provides his clients with creative and intelligent solutions to their corporate real estate challenges.

During his career as an exclusive tenant advocate, he has negotiated more than 5 million square feet of lease transactions, saving his clients an average of 12 percent on their total cost of occupancy.
