Current responsibilitiesChad Baker is an Executive Vice President within JLL Houston's Office Tenant Representation group. He specializes exclusively in developing strategies for the relocation, renewal, expansion or disposition of real estate assets for corporate real estate users in North America. These strategies revolve around providing consistency in service results across business lines, industries and geographies. Furthermore, all concessions negotiated for his clients in the form of savings and/or cost avoidance are calculated following the completion of each transaction to insure measureable value has been created through the implementation/execution of his strategies in the marketplace.
