Current responsibilities
Chad Baker is an Executive Vice President within JLL Houston’s Office Tenant Representation group. He specializes exclusively in providing advisory services for the relocation, renewal, expansion or disposition of real estate assets for corporate real estate users in North America. These strategies revolve around providing consistency in service and results across business lines, industries and geographies. Further, all concessions negotiated for his clients in the form of savings and/or cost avoidance are calculated following the completion of each transaction to ensure measureable value has been created through the implementation and execution of his strategies.

19 years

Chad brings almost two decades of experience to the corporate facilities planning and relocation process. During his career, he has successfully negotiated approximately 400 transactions in excess of $3 billion in client commitments.
