Current Responsibilities
Trevor Campbell is a Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle.  His primary responsibility is structuring debt and equity real estate capitalization solutions on behalf of the firm’s investor and institutional clients. His expertise encompasses the full spectrum of real estate services with an emphasis on acquisition and development financing.


Experience
During his 15 year career, which has spanned many different facets of the commercial real estate world, Mr. Campbell has participated in the financing, sale, or acquisition of more than $2 billion worth of commercial real-estate assets.  

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Campbell worked for a local DC capital provider where he focused on originating debt, equity, and mezzanine for clients in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. His previous employment was with a DC based private equity company as Acquisitions Manager, where he oversaw the introduction of approximately $150 million of office buildings into their portfolio. Upon his arrival in Washington D.C he spent five years in investment sales. He began his career in 2001 leasing office space in Manhattan, where his first day of work was September 11th.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Campbell is a 2001 graduate of Duke University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts History and a minor in Religion. He also attended Woodberry Forest School, graduating in 1997.
