​​Current Responsibilities 
Holly Golvach recently joined JLL and works in a hybrid role doing market research and GIS analysis to find value-add opportunities for business development and growth. Her emphasis is spatial statistics and data modeling—generating meaningful insights and visualizations that help drive strategic plans for colleagues and clients. 

She focuses on the Dallas market across all services, industries and asset types. 

Experience 
Holly has explored and mastered her skills in geospatial science and visual design over the past 10 years. 

Prior to joining JLL, she worked for Regus, National Geographic, and Southwest Airlines. In 2014, she managed digital marketing strategy for a historic political campaign that helped Dallas elect its first female District Attorney. Most recently, Holly designed marketing material at OMNIPLAN Architects, during which time the firm was recognized by both the Dallas and National Society of Marketing Professional Services as a 2016 Marketing Communication Award winner. 

Education 
Holly earned her MS Geospatial Information Science from UT Dallas and her BFA Graphic Design from Baylor University.
