Career Summary

Thomas is a Vice President, Industrial for JLL Capital Markets. Based in Chicago, Thomas’s responsibilities include asset disposition, recapitalization, and financing services to all capital markets clients focused on industrial assets. Thomas is integrally involved in all aspects of the pre-marketing due diligence, underwriting, and offering materials production processes for institutional and corporate clients as well as private owners of real estate.

Most recently, Thomas worked with a global team of JLL Capital Markets professionals to facilitate cross-border transactions and execute strategic transactions between the Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA and was involved in over $4 billion of real estate transactions.

During his career, Thomas has focused on office investment sales across the Midwest and worked with LaSalle Investment Management’s Acquisitions Group to underwrite and perform due diligence for $510 million of office, industrial, and retail acquisitions on behalf of commingled funds and separate account clients.

Education and Affiliations

Thomas is pursuing an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and received a B.B.A. in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
