​Current responsibilities
Cody Little is an Associate within JLL Houston’s Office Tenant Representation group, where he plays a key role in identifying prospects, tracking market developments, reviewing leases and conducting financial analyses. With his financial experience and background, Mr. Little provides his clients with insight into the financial impact occupancy scenarios can have on their bottom lines, allowing them to make the most informed real estate decision.

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Little was a Landman at Harrigan Energy Partners, where he negotiated the acquisition or divestiture of mineral rights with individuals and businesses; created and analyzed cash flow models to determine the viability of acquisitions and value of investments; and reviewed leases, deeds, assignments and other oil and gas contracts. Before his tenure at Harrigan, Mr. Little was a Loan Originator and Transaction Coordinator at Entrust Financial Corporation in Dallas for four years.
